This is a great winter coat. It does go below the waist to cover more. It has a draw string in the waist to pull snug so cold air does not get in. This is a zip up coat with a snap button flap. It has lots of pockets. Hidden Hood that zips out. The brand is All Terrain OutFitters. Shell is 65% polyester, 35%cotton. Lining is 100% nylon. Filler 100% polyester. Machine wash, easy care direction. Black and green only.
